This position will be responsible for ensuring that the physical aspects of the property meet the company's established standards and any applicable laws. Must diagnose problems and make repairs in areas such a as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, exterior and appliance. The Assistant Maintenance Supervisor works closely with the Maintenance Supervisor/ Manager in preparation for the movement into the Maintenance Supervisor position.
